Let's face it, besides the economy, guns are becoming a big controversy in the US. Why not create weaponry that can fire bullets that will incapacitate but not kill? Use the same components in a modern day taser and violia, a gun that can't kill yet still protect those most dear to you. Maybe someday this type of defense tech can be used in warfare, creating peaceful violence.
