We request that the Justice Department begin investigating the Governor of the State of Michigan, and his staff, for the Flint Water Crisis. It has become common knowledge that the Governor’s actions have not only led to the ‘lead poisoning’ of every child in Flint but at least 10 deaths from the Legionnaires’ disease. It has also become common knowledge that the Governor and his staff have known about the water crisis since February 2015 and did absolutely nothing to warn or stop the people from drinking the water.
We believe that this blatant disregard for the health and welfare for the citizens of Flint is a criminal act and should be fully investigate. Please let the people of Flint that their lives matter and have value.
