Initiate impeachment proceeding against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has failed repeatedly to recuse himself from cases before the U.S. Supreme Court where his wife, Ginni Thomas, an activist with ties to group such "True the Vote," the "Daily Caller," and "Groundswell," has been the beneficiary of generous corporate dollars. Federal law requires a justice to recuse himself when: "He knows that…his spouse…has a financial interest in the subject matter in controversy…or any other interest that could be substantially affected by the outcome of the proceeding." There is a clear and consistent pattern where Justice Thomas serves up friendly opinions to the causes which pay Ginni Thomas' salary. His behavior is unethical and he should be impeached.
