Russia has repeatedly violated Article 3 of the Memorandum on Security Assurances in connection with Ukraine's accession to the Treaty on NPNW, trying to subordinate Ukraine through economic coercion to its own interests.
The current situation proves that the Government of Ukraine has already subordinated to Russia. In the media we see evidences that Russia supply Ukrainian police with ammunition, which can be used against peaceful people who do not accept the Russian domination. Russia’s public media even discusses the necessity of military intervention.
We call you to initiate international consultations on the base of Article 6 of mentioned Memorandum to eliminate Russian pressure on Ukraine.
