Initiate legislation in both houses of Congress to limit the terms of of Federal legislators to no more than 12 yr

The limits of professional Federal politicians should be limited so as to promote actual representation of the constituency, reduce stagnantion, and reduce corruption. Limits should prhibit any person from sewrving more than 12 years in Congress (total combined service). That is three terms in the Senate or six terms in the House of Representatives, or any combination of the two.
