Initiate mandatory drug testing for all individuals receiving Welfare support.

Today many people are abusing the Welfare program. Where it once was a good and respectable source for struggling families, people now see it as a way of life. Meaning simply that, while the greater part of the American people are working day in and day out just to make ends meet, these individuals opt out of employment. Where in, those who have jobs and work for what they have are then forced to use their tax money to give Welfare recipients a pay check. Not to mention, that then this tax money given to these individuals meant to serve as a source of food and shelter, is instead spent on alcohol, drugs, cigarettes and other addicting substances. Should we not then mandate drug testing before individuals receive their checks? Stop putting Americas tax dollars into drug dealers pockets!
