Initiate an Outside and Independent Investigation of the FBI New York Field Office for Violating the Hatch Act

The Guardian newspaper has documented political bias and intentional leaks originating from the FBI and particularly from the New York Field Office intended to smear Hillary Rodham Clinton in the last week of the Presidential election. If the reporting is accurate, this is a clear violation of the Hatch Act.
Should the investigation confirm this violation those responsible should suffer appropriate consequences to discourage similar violations in the future.
