Initiate a plan to have power grid less vulnerable to weather and/or terrorist attack.

Recent and past events have shown a weakness in our power grid's ability to withstand weather and the possibility of attack. In today's world it is a necessity for power grids to stay on line. Having electricity outages affects economy, domestic needs, civilian welfare, and national defense. In today's technological age, it is absurd that we be vulnerable to outages when the means to remedy are available. We petition this administration to begin much needed action to address an issue such as this.
