initiate proceedings to hold special elections for every member of congress who has signed the Grover Norquist Pledge

With diliberate intent to harm the United States of America by holding the entire nation hostage until their demands were met, those few in congress have proven that they do not serve the interest of the United States or its People, who are by constitutional law, their employer. With deliberate intent, certain members of Congress have willfully ignored the voice of their employers, who have by Majority, demanded that they Pass the Presidents Jobs bill, raise the taxes of those who have benefited from Tax cuts that they never deserved in the first place, and to which the rest of America never received equal benefit. By definition, those who by word or deed use blackmail or threat of harm to extract a goal, are terrorists and/or hostage takers. Thus by law, such is defined as a crime.
