Initiate a process that all Americans pay a flat tax and disolve the IRS and the tax code as written.

I have a problem with the companies enjoying "BIllions" of profits and not paying "their fair share" in taxes due to a defunct tax code.For that reason I support the flat tax.New Flat Tax code would have no credits, no deductions, no loopholes, no special reductions whatsoever for anyone! Just a flat % on all income,interest income, and direct profits........more revenue, fair, no one segment of the population of 315Million should complain. ALL Americans, rich or poor pay our"fair share".
