Initiate a process that all Americans pay a flat tax and dissolve the IRS and the tax code as written.

I have a problem with the companies enjoying "Billions" of profits and not paying "their fair share" in taxes due to a defunct tax code. For that reason I support the flat tax. New Flat Tax code would have no credits, no deductions, no loopholes, no special reductions whatsoever for anyone! Just a flat % on all income, interest income, and direct profits........more revenue, fair, no one segment of the population of 315Million should complain. ALL Americans, rich or poor pay our"fair share".
