Start a program to convert homes and businesses to use of Natural gas in place of oil. Offer tax incentives to encourage action. Collect taxes on gas usage to pay for incentives over time. CREATES MILLIONS OF JOBS IN MINING, SERVICES AND MANUFACTURING.
I wish to offer a Proposal for a bold program that will:
• improve the economy by creating millions of domestic jobs starting almost immediately.
• impact the environment by improving air quality.
• reduce dependence on foreign oil.
• improve our balance of payments deficit.
• reduce the cost of living for many of our citizens.
• be implemented immediately with existing technology
• Makes use of abundant domestic natural resources.
