Initiate a program to ensure American competitiveness by conversion to SI

The United States of America is the only industrialized country in the world that is not using the Systeme International (SI), also known as the metric system,
for its basis of measure. As a matter of fact, the only other two countries that do not use the SI are Liberia and Myanmar. Conversion to SI will aid the
U.S. in a number of ways:
1) most traffic signage would have to be changed, which will require materials and labor, where the unemployed can be used for this simple task;
2) our products can be made with one base unit printed on packaging: grams or liters. With simplified and more worldly-consistent labelling, other countries will more readily accept American made products; and
3) cleaner toolboxes: imagine a toolbox with one set of tools instead of two, eliminating guessi
