Initiate a program that provides financial aid and consultation to homeowners that will allow them:
Have their loans forgiven and/or
Renegotiate them at a lower interest rate and a mortgage that reflects the current market rate
End the practices that allow banks to repossess homes and profit again by getting money from the government and reselling the homes.
Be an advocate for Americans.
