Initiate a recall for the 2012 Election, as some ballots were not counted.

Several Abesentee Ballots were not counted from our Troops fighting this war overseas. These Ballots had come in 24 hours too late, and there for an inaccurate vote was made. I respectfully request that the United States takes into consideration to allow the Men and Women who fight it's wars to maintain their right to vote, and by allowing a Recall on the 2012 Presidential Election, their rights will be appropriately respected.
