Recognizing that the United States Government was to be a "...Government of the People, By the People, and For the People..." and in order to allow the elected officials of the United States to "do the people's business" without the coercion of "Re-Election" we petition for the following changes to the electoral process:
1. Reduce the Presidency to one (1) single six year term; 2. Candidates to the House should serve one (1) single six year term; 3. Senators should serve one (1) single six year term; 4. Continue the two year election cycle; 5. No long term benefits for members, all elected members should return to private sector to earn retirement benefits; 6. Reduce time for campaigns to 60 days before primary, 30 days before general elections.
