initiate reform in the house of representatives and senate to reflect on the true purpose of their jobs.

When this country was founded, senators and congressmen were simply messengers that traveled to the capitol to cast a vote based on what was decided by the people in their district. It has since become a corrupt system where a select group creates laws based on personal interest and emotions with absolutely no regard for the beliefs or wants of the people they are supposed to represent. Votes based on personal interest has opened the door to lobbyists and special interest groups using their "political contributions" and "campaign funding" to get what they feel is good for their own business. I feel the time has come for the polls to be opened up so that the voice of U.S. citizens is heard and our representatives can be held accountable for casting votes against those who put them in office
