In the creation of the new United States Immigration Policy, there must be provision for fines, penalties and restitition in the cases of all illegal aliens who have enjoyed the benefits of their time in the United States of America.
As is their goal to become U.S. citizens, likewise, it should also be their goal to rectify the willing and purposeful act of tax evasion. We further recommend that, as aspiring U.S. citizens, such prosecutuions should proved the same fines, penalties, forfeitures and prison sentences as would be appropriate for a legal U.S. resident who might violate the law in this fashion.
