initiate a review of the Law if the Presumptive Father to bring US law up-to-date with the Hague Convention and UNCRC.

The Law of the Presumptive Father is incompatible with both the Hague Convention and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

We urge the President of the United States to initiate a judicial review of the Law of the Presumptive Father in order to protect American men, women and children from abuse of the law.
