Revise the Constitution of the United States of America to make it more readable and more appropriate for our time in history.
The most nobel and important reason for the existence of government is health care of the people.
This includes providing for our common defense from enemies foreign or domestic (including germs as enemies of people). Further, education, quality of housing, speed limits on roads, regulation of food and drugs, and any other law the government makes should be about health care in the final analysis.
For these reasons, the government should be the only insurance anyone needs.
"Freedom of speech" should be changed to "responsible and civil speech", as a guaranteed human right.
"One for all and all for one" and egalitarian goals should be our ideal.
