It has been 4 years since the meltdown of reactor 1, the multiple explosions of reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. TEPCO has knowingly lied to the people and government of Japan, to the American soldiers who have become sick while serving on the USS Ronald Reagan aircraft carrier which was sent to help, and to the world. This isn’t a local disaster that only affects Japan. Radioactive waste water has been spilling into the Pacific Ocean for years. The Japanese government still hasn’t held TEPCO accountable for its lack of safety protocols and the constant lies to downplay this catastrophe. This is a bigger threat than Iran, Russia, North Korea and countless other counties we have sanctioned.
