We must stop the killing of Americans by other Americans. We need Americans to stop shooting Law Enforcement Officers.
We need to finally stop treating the Bill of Rights as sacred text and repeal the no longer needed Second Amendment.
We no longer need to bear arms to overthrow an unjust government. We the People could not defeat our Military and we no longer have to fear that the British Isles will attack us.
This amendment served a purpose, and that purpose passed away long ago. We need to repeal it. Now it just enables people to shot each other.
We do need to write this new amendment in such a way that people who hunt animals for food and regulated sport can still do so.
