initiate a tax on sex.

With nearly 220 million americans in this great country of ours enjoying sex in one form or another, it is my firm belief that we are overlooking the single greatest income generating opportunity this country has had. Research has shown that americans generally have sex (in one form or another) an average of 3 times a week. I propose we initiate a tax on this activity so as to pay for social services that arise as a result of it. I propose we not tax this as a per activity tax as it would not be fair to those do not partake as often as some. I also would not want the tax man there counting the number of times this occurs on a given day. I think the fairer thing to do would be have a sex stamp that is added on to our tax bill.
