Initiate a completely nonpartisan, unbiased comprehensive review using current findings and data in the study/analysis of Cannabis and its relation to the guidelines established by Title 21 United States Code (USC) Controlled Substances Act.
Serious consideration to be given for its reclassification as Schedule III (or lower) to at least allow for clear and legal medical research and application resulting from such research and at best also allow for a fairer balance of crime & punishment on a federal level (exclusive of large amounts for distribution).
