The 112th Congress has shown lack of leadership, bipartisanship, selflessness, and boldness, that is needed to properly serve the citizens of the United States. This has been exemplified in the months and days leading up to the "fiscal cliff."
A clear message needs to be sent to the Congress that we are not happy with their performance. A permanent blemish needs to be applied to the historical record so that future senators and representatives keep a keen eye on doing the people's business, with a bias toward bipartisanship and efficiency.
