On June 2, 2014 the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine caused an airstrike in the center of Lugansk (Luganskaya oblast, Ukraine). Application of this kind of weapons that are particularly injurious and have indiscriminate effects, without prior notice of peaceful population of regional center resulted in numerous casualties among civilians. The actions of the Air Force of Ukraine on June 2, 2014 in Lugansk resulted in mass murder, mutilation of persons who are not directly took part in the hostilities. The actions of the Air Force of Ukraine on June 2, 2014 violate article 3 of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949 for Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War. It is necessary initiate investigation of actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Lugansk (Ukraine) on June 2, 2014
