Initiative reinvent the police force so that they serve and protect rather than be a revenue stream for the government.

The police force no longer serves and protects. They are used as revenue streams for the government and that is their attitude toward their job. Police are feared rather than welcomed. They do not spend time catching "bad guys" they spend it throwing the book at every minor infraction they can find. Their jobs are to serve the people and to protect them, not to exploit them. I am calling for an initiative to retrain the police force to better do their duty. To remind them that the people they are exploiting are in facts the ones paying their salary.
