I am starting this petition on behalf of a mother who have been suffering tremendous pain and injustice. All she wants is to have a fair trail based on the evidence she has and the testimony of her son who is currently in the custody of her ex husband. The child is not happy with his father because of constant abuse and neglect. His testimony is constantly being rejected by the court and not taken seriously so as the mother's unsuccessful effort to free her son.
