Inmates Get Free Health and Dental Care. Housing and 3 square meals a day. More then poor families This needs to change

Every year I constantly hear about the Education system's budget constantly being trimmed, cut for the purpose of saving money. From What I have researched the Annual Cost to house an Inmate Nationally is about $31,000 Dollars. And mostly because of all the perks they gain from being in prison. They have Free Health and Dental Care. Get Fed three times a day and not to talk about the recreational areas that some prisons even have. And most of this money is being taken from the Education system. Instead Teaching our Kids we give murderers, rapist, drug dealers, kidnappers Etc. all this advantages? Now there is a Amendment for Cruel and Unusual punishment. Not having health or dental is neither cruel or unusual because I, a law abiding citizen, don't and can't afford Health Care myself.
