Inmates in low/camp facilities are trustees & should be released to home monitored programs rather than costing taxpayer

Created by M.W. on November 13, 2012

Inmates of low/camp facilities should be released to home monitored programs rather than costing taxpayers money. These inmates are considered trustee's and are allowed to drive and work throughout the correctional facilities and designated areas. There is no reason these inmates should not be placed on a home monitoring program or work release program that allows them to work and be productive in society.
