I propose that we change the prisons for all setences of various crimes. This plan if placed in affect will allow the prisons to become self sestaining in there own terms. Each prison in this act will be able to presume its own managable microeconomy. With the available abilities to easily become a liquidateble asset for the presiding state.
In which the prison can be used as a cheap source for manufacturing, agriculture, research, and devolpement.
