It has been observed that giant IT industries like Apple, Microsoft & others discriminate between Vendors/Contractors vs Employees even though the same kind of work is done by both parties.
Apple Cupertino continuously send emails asking vendors not to occupy front seats in any product launch.
Vendors are kept in separate building for work & are not even provided basic amenities like food court, spoons, fork, knifes to help eat home made lunch.
Vendors are not allowed to take print-outs as well, the list is huge.
There should be some law of treating with equality.
