Inquiry on Psychiatric Medications and Side Effects involving Violence and Suicide

We are petitioning you and the office of the president to start an inquiry separate from the FDA into the relationship between certain psychiatric medications and mental breakdowns resulting in mass injury whether it be shooting or otherwise. Upon finding a correlation between the two it needs to be addressed by either banning certain medicines or declaring them only for use during heavily controlled supervision by a doctor. We want an honest look at the problem with some kind of useful action at the end. There are countless lives being ruined by these drugs not just the victims of shootings but many other people who take these drugs expecting to get better but stuck in the dark nightmare of mental illness only to be blindsided by desperate thoughts of suicide and murder.
