Michael Savage is a citizen of the United States. As a radio talk-show host, he may utter sentiments that seem offensive or unpleasant even to the signers of this petition, but Savage never advocates law-breaking or violence. He exercises his right to free speech, as enshrined in our Constitution. The United Kingdom has branded Mr. Savage persona non grata, and placed him in the same category as terrorists and the like. Our government has remained silent regarding this injustice. We hereby petition the Obama administration to speak out against this indecency on the part of Great Britain, and to demand that Mr. Savage be granted the same status and privileges afforded to any other law-abiding citizen of the United States who wishes to visit, or transact business in, Great Britain.
