Nanjing is extremely hot in summer. Without air conditioning, it will be hard to fall asleep at night. As a consequence, students will be exhausted and even a student died in 2010 because of the lack of air conditioning. By rough calculating, we need 5 million USD for installing. For God's sake, do finance the students in NUPT!
