Install City Water To Families who Do Not Have City Water and That City Water Is To Be Kept Clean

That The Citizens Of The United States Who Currently Do Not Have Any City Water Should Be Made To Have City Water By 2045 AND That City Water Is To Be Kept Clean Upon Hook-up, Installment Of City Water And Inspected For Cleanliness On A Regular Basis. That Every Citizen Should Have Access To City Water In Order To Perform Normal Household Duties Which Involve The Use Of Water AND That Every Household Should Have Their Own Pressurizing System For The Water Which Is Installed Inside Each Household. That The Instillation Process Shall Be No More Than 30% Of household Income AND That Local, State And National Government Shall Upkeep Clean Water At No More Than A Charge Of 10% Of Adjusted Household Income To Each Household Citizen.
