Tax gun sales on the federal level at a rate equal to the sales price of each gun -to be collected at any sale including gun shows to offset the cost of any protection for our children in our nations schools-- this would raise funds and work towards the decrease in the sale of guns- make it federal offense to fail to collect such a tax, punishable by a fine and prison term
