install Lantern on every office PC of Federal Agency to promote Internet freedom against censorship and dictatorship

Lantern is a revolutionary software developed by Google, which aims for circumventing government-imposed censorship. Technically, however, without the helping hands from uncensored regions, this software can hardly function. That is what we are here for, some back-up.We are making an appeal for support for those fighters who are still struggling against tyranny.Our goal here is to ensure their voices to be heard all the way across the world. As the leader of the free world in 80's, Mr.Reagan once called on Gorbachev to tear down the Berlin wall. As the leader of the free world at present, President Obama, you now have an opportunity to tear down the Great Firewall with little cost. So We humbly suggest that the federal government promote installation of Lantern on office PCs.
