Due to the evident stagnation and refusal to pass a working and effective budget, compromise on important issues and continuing acts of corporate over citizen interests we the people here by request no United States Senator or Congressman shall be allowed to hold office for a period of time longer than six years. Thus helping to provide a better representation of the ever growing and changing interests of our nation, while also reducing the effects of corruption on our system.
