The White House would select the best inventions from scientists around the world that help the most our planet Earth to make it a better living place or a "New Earth".
Just as the Nobel Prize, this would be called "Terra Novis". Prizes, and trophies would be awarded to these wise scientists all around the world so they would be recognized
globally.
