Install webcams in both houses of Congress that can be viewed on a public website twenty-four hours a day.

We petition that webcams broadcasting twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to a publicly available website should be installed in both houses of Congress so that everyone who is interested can look in to see if Congress is in session and, if so, what they are doing. In this way, people can get a sense of both how frequently the chambers are empty and the level of effort that our legislators are expending when they are not
