Installing cameras inside ambulance trucks

My mother was young and beautiful full of life she was only 48 yrs old one sudden Sunday morning complained about not feeling well the ambulance was called no family members went with her inside the ambulance and when she arrived at hospital she was already brain dead she caught a aneurism, but no one new what happens from the moment she entered the ambulance truck - if the EMT took the right precautions or requirements no one knows - nowadays everyone takes an EMT test and pass and when they go out in the field they are not fully knowledgable with what they actually have to do , please help me out so we can start installing cameras in each and every ambulance
