Federal Legislation to ensure that Electric Utilities allow consumers to choose to install either Solar Panels or Electric Car Chargers or both on their property whether it is a commercial property group (apartment or townhouse or an HOA) without restrictions or covenants or penalties or permits or refusals.

Federal Legislation to mandate that all commercial gas stations must allow independent alternative fuel producers such as Biodiesel gas producers the opportunity either to refine and sell their product through an existing station network in a joint venture arrangement or to lawfully enter the market through pump station acquisitions or new pump station building and development.
