Recent events, as seen in NYC, have shown us the dangerous nature of transportation ferries. We the people now understand that ferries can be used, both intentionally and by accident, as weapons of destruction. The only way to ensure that the general public can never again be injured by ferries is by instating a full ban on all transportation ferries. This may seem as though we are reacting quickly based on emotion and not the rational … but remember a deadly ferry could strike tomorrow so time is of the essence.
Together let us ban ferries because we know the only safe “ferries” are the ones located in San Francisco.
