Most companies are open on Sunday's, and are forcing employees to be available for work, and if you are not, you either are not hired or you can be fired for not working that day. These actions; however ARE unconstitutional and infringe on all beliefs of those that Sunday is the Sabbath day and a day of rest.
To take it further, companies have now started to open their doors on Thanksgiving and Christmas. These holidays are sacred times for families to be together and to remember what they are thankful for.
We need a Federal Blue law, prohibiting businesses to open on Thanksgiving and Christmas and Sunday, and if they choose to open, then employees who hold certain beliefs shall be allowed without prejudice to not work on those days.
