Instate a Castle Doctrine that makes it 100% justifiable for any U.S. Citizen with a state issued CCW and/or any other recognized firearms permit to use deadly force or ANY type of force to defend and protect ones self, home, family, personal property or place of business without a duty to retreat. Be it also enforced that a wrongful death law suit cannot be filed as a result of such a defense. This law shall provide civil immunity for persons using physical or deadly force to protect themselves from an attacker.
