Do to the decrease in Military Bearing and Discipline across the ranks of all services; it is clear that this is a problem that must be corrected if we are to remain the greatest Military force the world has ever seen. In light of this, Army FM 22-102, Wall to Wall Counseling, Dated February 2000 is a direct and effective approach to rectifying this problem. Some leaders and civilians may think this approach is overboard and unnecessary. However, at the same time, considering there is a petition to the President to allow soldiers to put their hands in their pockets while in uniform, the need for this should be proven.
