Instate a foreign (U.K) team of representatives to help spread awareness of Helix day petition.

Following the recent petition for instating March 1st as international Helix day, I'm putting forward a secondary motion to instate a team of foreign (U.K based) officials to help spread awareness of this momentous occasion. In preparation for the inevitable, I've composed details for the primary petition. It reads as follows "We the people, demand fair trial and judicial notice on the subject of our choice. In recognition of Twitch Plays Pokemon completing the game along with the co-hort of 50,000 disciples of the Helix, we demand fair notice to be given to our cause, and subsequent effect of making March 1st/01 de Marzo/1 Mars/1. März/1 Maart International Helix day. Should this motion be accepted and passed, the date stated shall become a holiday." Helix bless you all
