We the young generation Y have grown up and all of us are becoming or have become full-fledged adults. Looking back on our education we lament that there was no class in all our years of public schooling that prepared us for the skills necessary to properly function in society. Therefore, we feel we must instate a "Life Skills" class that is mandatory before finishing high school.
Domestic skills and information and advice relevant to properly functioning in society shall be taught in the proposed class.
In the past, courses that taught these skills were more widespread, but in current times it is left to parents to teach their children; parents that may or may not be available or have the time or resources available to teach their children. Please help prepare students for their future.
