This petition is to ensure all federally elected officials understand, and are capable of exhibiting the responsibility that goes with the privilege of serving the best interests of the people.
I feel many officials simply use the office as an easy payday, and that is not in the best interest of any body of people. As voters, we deserve well qualified people to do the job.
